Will I receive the same product that I see in the picture?
We ensure that all product images on our website are taken from the original items in our collection. The burkha or abaya you receive will be the same design, fabric, and color shown in the pictures. However, please note that slight variations in shade may occur due to lighting, photography, or your device screen settings. We guarantee the quality and style will match what you ordered.
Where can I view my sales receipt?
Once you complete your order, a digital sales receipt will be automatically sent to your registered email address. You can also view and download your receipt anytime by logging into your account on our website and checking the Orders or My Account section. If you face any issue, our support team will be happy to resend your receipt on request.
How can I return an item?
If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you can request a return within our return policy period. To return an item:
Go to the My Account → Orders section and select the order you wish to return.
Click on Request Return or contact our customer service team with your order number.
Pack the product securely in its original condition with all tags and packaging.
Our delivery partner will collect the item or you can drop it at our designated return center (depending on your location).
Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund or exchange will be processed.
Note: Items must be unused, unwashed, and returned within the allowed return period to qualify.
Will you restock items indicated as "out of stock?"
We regularly restock many of our popular burkhas and abayas. If an item is marked as “out of stock,” it may be restocked soon depending on fabric availability and demand. For limited edition or seasonal designs, restocking may not be possible. To stay updated, you can use the “Notify Me” option on the product page or follow our social media for restock announcements.
Where can I ship my order?
We currently ship orders across Bangladesh through our trusted delivery partners. You can place an order from anywhere in the country, and it will be delivered right to your doorstep. For international shipping, please contact our customer support team to check availability and charges.
